Meeting held at 327 Chatsworth Ave.
Pat, Keith, Trevor and Dave welcomed Ian to his first meeting.
1. March Great Saulterns
April Diben Hythe.
2. Ian to see if The Seagull room is available for either the
April 11th, 12th 19th, 25th or 26th
3. May have enough in our account if not every member may have to
contribute.
4. The committee discussed the number of rounds to be played for
the new season and it was agreed that we will count ALL rounds played.
5. We are to play every first Sunday, except in May.
6. The Texas scramble will take place in the summer and the winning
team shall remain
the same so they can defend their title.
Trevor and Carol to give the trophy out in memory of our dear friend
Eddie.
7. Dave and Trevor to get all the trophies for the presentation
evening.
8. The result of the pairs will stand at the end of this season
even if some matches
haven’t finished.
9. Membership to have a maximum of 24. Then we are to have awaiting
list.
Pat to review the handicap for the lower players.
Trevor said that we still have a problem with some players booking
in each month.
We will talk to the members at the presentation night, as they need
to state if they are playing
